neSPARK's philosophy is to address the need of all age groups for both the sexes, so that each member of the society is adequately equipped to play a meaningful and effective role in building a balanced and developed society.

neSPARK's multi disciplinary Governing Council consists of renowned persons from the fields like judiciary, administration, defense, academics, medical, engineering, science, finance, commerce, industry and media.

neSPARK intends to start chain of institutions in and around villages of India. Pilot project has started from village Mahanad in District Hooghly of West Bengal in India.

Objectives:

• To enhance the quality of human resource of all age groups in the country.
• To create facilities at the place of their convenience for those who have been deprived of opportunities to get education and knowledge at the time of their growth.
• To provide high quality education to the students from rural and deprived areas.
• To create quality facilities for technical and Para-medical education and knowledge at affordable cost.
• To provide facilities for vocational training for creation of skilled human resource.
• To have interaction with international community and institutions for exchange and value addition programmes.
