What is impression?

An impression is counted each time your ad is shown on a map or search result page.

What counts as a view?

When someone opens a details popup on a map or chatbot page (like this ), ChatBottle counts that as a view.

What’s a click?

The number of clicks on the "Chat on Messenger" links. In your account statistics, you'll see the clickthrough rate (CTR), which tells you how many people who’ve seen your bot started chatting with it.

Can I have a few markers for the same bot?

Yes, you can setup multiple markers for a bot according to your plan.

Can my bot have a few markers on the map?

Yes, if you plan to have 8 or fewer locations, the Company plan will work for you. If you need to have more locations, contact us about Enterprise plan details.

What kind of analytics will I get?

You'll be able to see how many times your bot was shown in the search results (impressions), the number of times the bot page was viewed and how many times people actually started chatting with your bot.
