Vihik cabs
Vihik cabs is a chatbot made for customers who want to travel by cab at cheap prices. It is available on website and Facebook messenger.
The goal of vihik cabs is to reduce the cab prices with the help of artificial intelligence. We are helping drivers to set the price per km for their cab in real time and also allowing customers to bargain the trip price with the help of bidding.

- Real time city bus timings.
Vihik cabs messenger bot is built end to end to book cabs/cab share along with payment.
Book cabs:
- 1) Vihik bot asks customers to register first with mobile number and email id for Indian customers and other country people to register with email id.
- 2) Once registration is complete it will ask customer to input both pickup and drop location.
- 3) Customer will be given options to select nearby drivers to book/bid/chat with drivers.
- 4) Customers can click on message and chat with nearby drivers negotiate and fix on a trip price for in city or outstation trips.
- 5) Customers can click on book/bid after/before negotiating with driver and book the trip.
- 6) Once trip is booked customer can check latest status of the trip using trip history and make the payment using pay button.
- 7) Driver will come and pick the customer from pickup location and complete the ride.
Cab share:
- 1) Vihik bot asks customers to register first with mobile number and email id for Indian customers and other country people to register with email id.
- 2) Customer can post the cab share by selecting post cab share and post details (Pickup location, drop location, total trip cost, type of vehicle, Number of bags) about cab share.
- 3) Customers who are in need of cab share can click on get cab share and provide the details (Pickup and drop location) where they want to go.
- 4) Customer will be presented with list of cab share options based on pickup and drop location.
- 5) Customer can chat with person who posted cab share via email/SMS/Chat and confirm the cab share.
City bus timings real time updates:
- 1) Vihik bot asks customers to register first with mobile number and email id for Indian customers and other country people to register with email id.
- 2) Customer can click on city bus timings and enter bus stop name to get latest city bus timings from that bus stop.
