OUR PHILOSOPHY...

We offer group and individual coaching, using our own results oriented methodology. Our workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running. So people can look, perform and feel the way they want to.

Our nutritional advice is always geared towards creating a sustainable healthy diet that gives you the nutrients and energy to live the life you want to live.

Our headquarters is located in Dun Laoighaire on the corner of Hudson Road and Lower Albert Road where we have a 2,000 sq/ft. fitness coaching facility and an adjacent office.

What we do...

At Urban Fitness you will find pull-up bars, ropes, kettlebells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to be moved. This means that all your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport.

We are always looking to maximise your results and our programmes are focused on exactly that. No matter what program you choose to do with us their will always be an initial consultation to establish what you are looking to achieve with us and set goals. Your coach will assess your movement, strength and technique. They will then set you on the right programme to achieve your goal based on your starting point. We will use objective measures as well as your own subjective measures to track your progress throughout the process.

You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, when you train a workout will be provided for you that is suits your needs and fitness level. Our workouts are rarely longer than 60 minutes they can fit into even the busiest schedules.
