Time Phrase

Kids not only need to know how to read time from digital and analog clocks but also should know the correct interpretation of time when told by others. Hence this skill throws some random phrases related to time quarter past 12 for instance. If the user (kids mostly) replies with proper answer, the skill will appreciate otherwise will tell the correct answer if given wrong.
