Starting our venture as a professional services company, we soon realised potential of Customer Self-Help and the need to address this customer pain point. We forayed into AI and Machine Learning, initially, for improving our operational efficiency and later for creating a solution for alleviating customer service dissatisfaction due to lack of self-help options available. This led us to create Intelligent Chatbots, which actually understand the context, give intelligent replies, aide internal processes and can also make predictions.
