I am a speaker and writer based in Fairfield, Iowa. I have over a decade of experience helping people and organizations resolve disputes and develop organizational goals. I am available to speak to groups, organizations, clubs, and religious organizations to help them develop conflict resolution skills and strategies. I am also available to serve your organization on a short-term consultant basis.

I spent over 8 years working in the financial industry supervising dispute resolution and regulatory disclosures in the compliance and legal departments. Prior to working in the financial industry I served as pastor to churches in Iowa and Illinois.

I graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in economics. I attended Seminary at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota and completed an MBA at Amberton University. My wife Jen and I have been married for 16 years and we live with our three children in Fairfield, Iowa.

We are lifelong Quakers and work to live by the five Quaker testimonies of simplicity, integrity, equality, peace, and community. We attend church at Sanctuary Community Church in Iowa City.
