About Us Thai Terre started creating beautiful Thai dishes back in 2011, and since then we have made an impression reputation for ourselves – so much so that we’ve opened up a second restaurant, and now operate in both East Dean and Uckfield. It’s our food that really made our name. Why? Because it’s delicious! Our food is cooked by chefs who really know what they’re doing using ingredients that are fresh and vibrant and authentic, and no matter which of our restaurants you find yourself in, you can be sure that the excellent quality of the menu remains the same. A restaurant makes its name through its food, but it makes its friends through its atmosphere, and at Thai Terre we offer contemporary décor with Eastern flair, original Thai artwork, and lighting that brings to mind both tranquillity and romance.
