We are approved by all insurance companies because the brands we service have a large scope of insurances attached to them. The Technicolour brand reaches far and wide in the country and we have a vast footprint in the Free State and Northern Cape.

HOW WE WORK

Our unique offering is that we contact and make appointments with clients within one hour of receiving approval. Our service department updates clients via phone, sms and email. Each vehicle is cleaned inside and out when arriving on our premises. We place covers on the steering wheel, seats and floor to protect the car.

Our very own customer care department follows up the day after a vehicle has gone out and asks many specific questions which we use to improve our service to our clients. We have created a digital vehicle inspection app, which we will use to make accurate vehicle reports on all vehicles when they come in for repair. This data gets stored and made available via a public domain.

SERVICES & TECHNOLOGY

We comply with major manufacturer approval equipment requirements. We have a Mercedes Benz STAR diagnostic machine, a Bosch Diagnostic machine as well as a John Bean Wheel alignment machine which is compliant with Mercedes Benz, VW, Toyota and all other manufacturers. We have two full-time qualified mechanics; one of whom underwent training and apprenticeship at Mercedes Benz. Only approved (i.e. Mercedes Benz and VW) workshop and welding equipment is used. In addition, we have a fully equipped Aluminium repair bay.

At Technicolour, we use the Glasurit waterborne paint system together with the profit pro management software to ensure a high-quality paint finish which comes with a lifetime guarantee. We have two SAICO down draught spray booths, one of which can accommodate sprinter buses. Two full-time quality control inspectors check each and every vehicle before being released. They have many years' experience in the industry and add tremendous value to our quality standards. They work in conjunction with a fully equipped team of cleaners who valet and hand polish every vehicle that we work on. We have a highly skilled team of estimators who make sure clients’ vehicles are correctly quoted the first time.
