Hi, my name is Brian McCumber,

I'm totally grateful for everything I have. I remember when I first started out, wishing for an opportunity to be given a chance. I was committed to being a self learner, persistent in building experience, and determined to get my foot in the door.

Currently, I see a major gap in the technology industry. There's huge demand for technology people. The sad thing is that there's too few people from the United States filling these positions.

Thousands of really good paying jobs that are going unfilled, while at the same time we have a high percentage of unemployment.

Very few people are talking about this and very little is being done.

I've watched this go on for far too long. Finally, I built up the courage to speak out publicly on this topic.

My goal and passion is to increase the awareness of all these awesome technology job opportunities that exist today.

I'm doing it for those who struggle and don't think they can work in technology, because they don't know any better.

I want to help people land their first technology job and I want to help those who already have a technology job move up from their current position.
