About us Tax Rebate Services was started in 2002, in response to the demand from taxpayers who need to claim a tax rebate. Paul Donohoe, TRS Managing Director, is driven by three goals:

This builds on the values of our parent company, Computer Accounting Services, which helped small businesses and the self employed from 1987.
