Karen Green, CEO, Co-Founder - Karen has been in direct sales for 15 years. She has built 3 top national sales teams in 3 different direct-selling companies. Two of the teams walked the stage as #1 in the company and the third was a top 5 sales team. She has built teams with thousands of representatives on them. She has personally done over 1,000 in-home party demonstrations not including fundraisers and launch parties for new team members. She has earned trips, earned car incentives, iPods, iPads, computers, jewelry, and her favorite thing a programmable crockpot! She has been married for 24 years to Mr. B and loves to travel!

Gina Smith, President of Product Development, Co-Founder - she has been in direct sales for 13 years. Gina has built top national direct selling teams. She has walked the stage multiple times for sales and for team building. She is the mom of three handsome young men and a beautiful daughter-in-law. She and Randy have been married for 26 years and still date every Friday night. She has earned many awards, car incentives and every trip incentive with the companies that she has been involved with. She is an amazing certified direct sales trainer. She loves to travel, snorkel, zip line, and repel down waterfalls!

All 2 co-founders met while on a trip to Las Vegas and have been friends ever since!
