Store Searcher

Store Searcher allows you to search for skills in the Alexa store. Simply say something like find me a skill for ____ (examples include'recipes', 'ordering pizza', or 'checking stocks') and Store Searcher will give you five results. You can then ask for a rating, description, more results, or instructions for enablement.
Use this skill as if you were searching in the Alexa App. This means keeping queries relatively short and using keywords.
Good: 'find a skill for weather'
Bad: 'find a skill for something that tells me if it is rainy or sunny or cloudy outside

Once you have searched, you can access any information again by index. Examples include:
Give me the fourth description
Go back to the second skill
Enable the fifth skill
