Navigate thousands of podcasts and find hits like This American Life, The Joe Rogan Experience or the TED Radio Hour and make sure you never miss the latest episodes of talked-about series such as Lore, Crimetown, or The Moth. Also, don’t worry if you’re feeling overwhelmed by all that content, Spreaker will make suggestions and help you find the right show for you - making it as easy as possible to enjoy podcasts!

To start listening to a podcast, simply say “Play” followed by the podcast’s name. For example:
“Play Pod Save America“

Or if you want to pick up where you left off on an episode, say: “Resume”

If you’re having trouble finding a podcast, you can search for it by saying just part of its title. So, to catch up on the award-winning show S-Town, search for it by saying: “Alexa, ask Spreaker to search for ‘town.’“

Spreaker will suggest podcasts with related content and say “Would you like to play this?”

When you hear the one you were looking for, just say “Yes.” Otherwise say “Skip” to hear the next related suggestion.

Keep browsing to your heart’s delight! You can always listen through the last search results again by saying “Repeat,” or, to cancel the search, just say “Stop” or “Nevermind.”

Last but not least, if you’re unsure what to listen to, ask Alexa to recommend you something by saying: “Alexa, ask Spreaker to recommend something new“ - shows get updated each week so there is always new content to discover!

Once you’ve found what you’re after, Spreaker will start playing the first available episode of that podcast. Once playing you can navigate episodes with ease by saying “Ask Spreaker to Fast Forward 2 minutes“ or “Ask Spreaker to Rewind 1 minute“, and you can freely explore whole series, both older or more recent episodes, by saying “Next,” “Previous,” or “Skip.” And you can always take a break by saying “Pause” or “Stop.”
