After decades of making knives and equipment for chefs in Australia, the USA, and France, mechanical engineer Mark Henry launched his innovative new Australian cast iron AUSfonte(TM) in 2014, and world-first seamless, rivetless AUS-ION steel pans in 2015, to wide acclaim from chefs and experts, retail success and export to the USA and UK. (Mark Henry is the founder and engineer behind the well-known Füri knives business, which he sold in 2008.)
