Sleep Meditation
Sleep Meditation helps you fall into a deep and relaxed sleep using guided meditation methods. The spoken meditation tracks are 40 to 60 minutes long, and are designed so that you fall asleep as the track plays.
To start, say Alexa, open Sleep Meditation. You will be prompted to say the name of the meditation track you wish to hear. The track titles are:
1. Meditation For Insomnia
2. Meditation For Tension Release
3. Meditation For Massaging The Mind
4. Meditation For Positive Thoughts
5. Meditation For Unwinding
If you wish to play only part of a track, you can say: Alexa, stop playing in 20 minutes.
