Should you quit?

Should you quit? is a motivational interviewing chatbot designed to help people understand their decision to smoke or quit. It is part of a research study conducted as part of a University of Toronto's Engineering Science Undergraduate Thesis.

The chatbot will take you through a conversation where you discuss the costs and benefits of smoking. It's goal is to help you understand why you smoke and will guide you towards making a more informed decision.
