Sears Service

The Sears Service skill can be used to either to request service for a Sears appliance, or to request a refill of a product for a Sears appliance. The first time you use this skill, please login to the skill with the email you use for your Amazon account.

If you don't have an account in the Sears system using the same email that you use with your Amazon account, then Sears will contact you by email to get your contact information to process your request.
