Welcome to my health and fitness page! I've always had an interest in living a healthy life but struggled with the follow through, remaining overweight and unhealthy for most of my life. It took me a long time to find what worked for me, which is why I'm so passionate about coaching. I love being able to help others meet their health and fitness goals and it's so exciting to be a part of their transformation!

With a professional background as a Registered Nurse, I have a lot to offer, especially for people seeking healthier lifestyles. My education and training helps me look at everything in it's entirety, while also tailoring my coaching to a person's specific goals and overall health.
