I have been helping my fellow FITSTA's (fit sisters) since 2011 take back control of their bodies, by stopping the yo yo dieting and sabotaging behaviours.

I hear ya! This was me for so many years.... I would get in shape, just to end up right back where I was only month later. It was this constant yo yo of focus, yo yo of nutrition, yo yo of motivation.

Its my passion to teach and guide you on how to stop this yo yo'ing of everything and truly lead a peaceful and successful fitness journey.
