Hello Champion, my name is Réal, and I am so grateful you stopped by.

People are always saying I’m so lucky, I’ve got it made, I’m so successful. Well, it hasn’t always been that way. I grew up an only child of a single mom on the other side of the tracks.

Being the only African American in a graduating class of over 1200, to say I was bullied would be an understatement. Throw in my lifelong struggle with depression and you can see how it hasn’t been all roses. Those challenges have made me who I am today and I choose to pay it forward by fighting the fight for others that struggle. I specialize in working with people suffering from depression and people who are bullied.

With that said my main passion is Health & Wellness.If you are like any of our Champions, you have spent way too many hours in the gym, sweating, frustrated, not knowing what you are doing, feeling lost and not getting the results you want.

-80 % of Americans have a gym Membership and never use it. -Average Gym membership is $40-$50 a month -Average trainer is $50 an hour Here is a funny one for you… -In fact, 50 % of people go to the gym to check out the other sex and get a date :)

Let's keep it real, you want better health but you hate going to the gym. Like many of the Champions I work with, you are seeing no results and quite frankly you are done.

I have been a fitness Professional for 35 years, owned 4 gyms and helped 10s of 1000s achieve their goals. However, in the last year, I have realized where Champions need the most support and help is with Coaching with their food and Nutrition. I want to congratulate you for showing up and taking the time to read this. If you have a desire to take back control of your life. I am your 24/7 Food (Health?) Coach and I am committed to your success.
