PrideLab 於 2013 年 5 月在香港成立並註冊為社團。作為 LGBT+ 友好組織，PrideLab 設定的目標是致力透過各種藝術形式對公眾宣揚平等訊息。

性別及性傾向平等向來都是 PrideLab 的關注所在。PrideLab 的主要工作重點是闡述性別多元及性傾向議題，包括女同性戀、男同性戀、雙性戀、泛性戀、無性戀、跨性別、性別存疑、雙性人、性別酷兒、流動性別或非二元性別、以及異性戀和順性人。PrideLab將繼續追求一個零岐視，真正平等的社會。

PrideLab was founded in Hong Kong as a registered society in May 2013. As a LGBT+ friendly organization, PrideLab states its goal is to influence the public with the value of equality via various art forms.

Gender equality is always a key concern for PrideLab. The main focus of PrideLab’s work is to elaborate subjects of gender identity and sexual orientation, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, asexual, trans*, questioning, intersex, gender queer, gender fluid or non-binary, straight and cis allies. PrideLab will continue to pursue a equal and discrimination-free community.
