Who am I? Award-winning Speaker, Author, Interviewer, and Founder of PraiseMoves, https://PraiseMoves.com , a global Fitness Ministry offering “The Christian ALTERNATIVE to Yoga.” I have trained hundreds of instructors, and thousands of students around the world.

My story is found in Sid Roth & Mike Shreve’s book, “Truth Seekers: Ten Amazing People Who Found It.” I am the author of several books for Destiny Image and Harvest House Publishers (with whom I’ve also produced 3 PraiseMoves Fitness DVDs).

I am blessed to live in the Ozark foothills with my tall, red-headed Scots-Cherokee husband Paul, and our 5 dogs (4 Poms and 1 Pyrenees named Queenie). Paul says it’s like “living in the forest with elves.”
