Pingup

Pingup enables consumers to book appointments and schedule services with local businesses.

To use the Pingup skill users must first:

- Link their account with Amazon

- After successful linking of the account users are now able to use the skill to book an appointment.

Making an appointment request:

- To get started say, Alexa, ask Pingup to schedule me an appointment

- Select a category from the category options provided. This enables Alexa to know what industry to search for the business.

- Once you have selected a category please request the name of a business that you are looking to book an appointment with.


- After a business has been requested, the user will have to provide the name of the service they are requesting an appointment for.

- Following the service request the user is then prompted for a date and time.

- The appointment details will be read back to the user for confirmation.

- The appointment request will be submitted to the business and the user will get an email with the details via their email

address associated with their amazon account.
