About Pi Craft Pi Craft is dedicated to making healthy delicious menu items including hand crafted pizzas, focaccia sandwiches, and salads using fresh ingredients, served in a fast casual style restaurant. With our state of the art revolving pizza oven, similar to a wood fire or brick pizza oven, we can cook our American-Italian inspired fare in about 6 minutes. The toppings are unique, fresh, and sustainable. Pi Craft is not your average pizza parlor or shop. We encourage you to create your own Pi. Our topping combinations are unlimited. You can also take your favorite creations home with our bake-N-take service.

Gluten Free:

We have taken extra measures to minimize cross-contamination in the preparation of our gluten free pizzas with the recent addition of a Gluten free area for our toppings and sauces. The pizza crusts are stored in sealed wrap, then cooked and served in their own cooking tray so the pizza never comes in contact with the oven. The staff is trained to immediately change gloves when handling a gluten free pizza. We will not cut a Gluten free pizza or remove it from it's protective tray to further reduce the chance of cross-contamination. Although we cannot guarantee 100% gluten free products, we have taken every step to eliminate risk.

Vegan Friendly:

Pi Craft proudly serves vegan options including vegan cheese, vegan sauce choices including Tomato, BBQ, and Garlic & Oil. Anyone following a vegan lifestyle can enjoy a delicious Pi Craft Pizza without having to sacrifice flavor, variety, and quality.

Pi Craft currently has two locations: One in the Buffalo, NY area, and the other in Henrietta, NY. Maps can be found on our website www.pi-craft.com. Pi Craft Buffalo is located at 1750 Niagara Falls Blvd. Tonawanda, NY (zip) which is easily accessible from many of the local university’s such as University of Buffalo, Buffalo State University, Canisius College and Niagara University. This location is also very close to shopping and entertainment areas such as Galleria Mall, Niagara Falls, Casinos, and AMC theaters and does have outdoor patio seating.

Pi Craft Rochester is located at 100 Market Place Drive, Henrietta NY (zip) which is easily accessible form many local University’s such a Monroe Community College (MCC), St. John Fisher, University of Rochester (U of R), and Rochester Institute of Technology (R.I.T.). This location is very close to L.A. Fitness, Abbotts Custard & Ice Cream, Regal Cinemas, Rochester High Falls, and just minutes from Downtown Rochester NY.

What is the best way to reheat my Pi Pizza? For best results: Pre heat your oven to 475 degrees with a pizza stone of baking tray in the oven. Place your pizza on the stone or tray and re-heat for 2-4 minutes until the cheese and toppings are bubbling hot. Do you deliver? No. Our concept is set up to be as fresh as possible. It takes approximately 5 minutes to order and receive your Pi Craft pizza. Online ordering will be coming soon.
