Raised in a broken home in Newark New Jersey by his single parent mother Ms Jackson, O.Z was already on the path to destruction. Filled with rage, pain and confusion from the lack of not having a father figure in his life, He soon turned to the streets of New jersey for guidance. mistakes were made as a youth and experience was gained at an early age. Through the help of music, O.Z would vent his frustrations out over numerous instrumentals during freestyle cyphers amongst friends. As the streets of Newark New jersey grew colder each day, his mother proposed they relocate to Durham North Carolina to begin life with a fresh start. At 19 years of age O.Z would say goodbye to New Jersey and hello to a city named Durham, Nc better known as Bull City where he would continue his journey with new friends, new business partners, new enemies and foes. With his aggressive rap style the artist speaks about these encounters through his lyrics and how he overcame obstacles such as life and death. O.Z the Hit Maker still strives to be the best at everything he does. Many have sparred with this lyrical monster and few have been able to compete. With ambition to take care of his mother and to be a positive role model to the newest addition of the family his younger brother Gordon, O.Z will stop at nothing to provide for his loved ones the best way he knows how.
