Ottspott

Ottspott allows any business to get a phone number anywhere in the world in 30 seconds. The bot sends call alerts, transcribes voice mails, shares calls, updates contacts with simple commands and integrates with other business apps. Using a Chrome app acts as a voice channel for other business app: Intercom, Zendesk and Pipedrive. All call activity is logged inside these apps and users can then collaborate on those call inside Slack.
