Nutritional Guessing Game

The Nutritional Guessing Game skill is fairly straight-forward. You begin by starting the skill with a phrase such as Alexa, ask nutritional game. Once being greeted you may start the game; after starting the game, you'll be given items off various fast-food chains' menus. You then can guess the caloric intakes of these items, and Alexa will respond whether your guess is too high or too low.
