Number Guessing Game

This skill works by asking you questions about the number you are thinking of such as whether your number is prime or whether it is greater than or less than a certain number. Once it has narrowed the possible numbers down to 1 it will say your number and how many questions it took to figure it out. Finds number quickly through simple binary search method.
