There is no light, no lycra, no teacher, no steps to learn, no technique, just free movement. No Lights No Lycra is a place where you can completely let go and shake out the stresses of the week in a friendly, non-threatening, drug and alcohol free atmosphere. It's a place to experience new tunes and revisit old favourites, a time to lose yourself in the music while working up a sweat. Through word of mouth the night has grown into a global community who share a passion for this experience.
