Ever scrunched your nose up slightly at a bitter lukewarm coffee or walked past 3 cafes to get to your favourite and been called a Coffee Snob? In Newcastle Coffee Snobs that’s okay. We are a friendly group of coffee lovers who meet regularly to try out new coffee haunts and to get coffee snobs out of that rut of refusing to try something new. Whether it be back street cafes, a cart at the markets, something posh or little eateries by the water…you name it we'll snob it! We have a strong focus on nuturing new cafes and so every snob is mostly at a cafe which has opened in Newcastle within the last 12 months. It's also a social get together of like-minded locals in a safe environment where people appreciate your discerning nose. No experience or fancy coffee tasting master class needed just a clean palette, a few bucks to buy your coffee and a sense of adventure.
