This is an international network for career guidance, mentoring and peer-to-peer learning. The group includes young leaders from all top schools, leading artists, entrepreneurs, thinkers, lawyers, finance professionals, musicians and change makers.

Raison d'etre

Network Capital is a time banking startup that provides personalized mentoring and career guidance to students and young professionals. Mentors-mentee pairs are formed on the basis of complementary skills and learning needs. They form meaningful connections through an immersive experience of co-creating solutions and brainstorming. In the process, they are able to not only give quality feedback to each other but also learn about other’s culture. Network Capital believes in the power of technology but even more so in conjunction with meaningful human connections that transcend barriers of culture, religion, nationality.

The vision is three-fold:
