He is a veteran of the travel industry with over 15 years of operations experience in the Travel and Hospitality industry. Has cross-functional experience in the fields of Flight booking, Hotel reservations, Train & bus Ticket bookings, Customer Service and Account Management.

He brings with him vast knowledge and experience with proven success in Travel Business Strategy, Sales, Operations and support process. He is commercially smart with a passion for driving organizational change to deliver core business objectives. His skill in dealing with clients, understanding their needs and deliver consistently high quality service makes him an ideal choice for the role of MySmartTrip’s Chief Operating Officer. Ravi is managing all bookings and the sales, fulfillment, and after sales supports for all MySmartTrip businesses.

At MySmartTrip, Ravi is ensuring that each and every customer has a world-class experience when traveling with us, be it domestic tours or International tours. Saurabh Patel (Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer)

Travel Enthusiastic by heart and Technology driven by Profession, Has more than 12 years of experience in Online Technologies and Travel Domain. An avid Traveler and keen interest for travelling different destinations in India as well as abroad, he amazingly evaluate and understands the destinations wise travel needs and accessibility by traveler’s point of view. He comes up with innovative ideas for destination base tour packages which set new benchmarks in the industry.

Saurabh heads Technolgy team At MySmartTrip, is ensuring that each and every customer has a world-class experience when interacting with us, be it on our website or on any other social platforms. He is charged with ensuring that at each touch point our clients experiences MySmartTrip’s service excellence.

His most recent role prior to MySmartTrip was as Group Head - Technology, at Concept Communications, where he led a technology team, and was responsible for overall Technology integration across channels including online, offline, call centers and retail shops. Prior to his stint at Concept, he worked with Ignitee Pvt Ltd. in their Business Strategy and Project Management team based in Mumbai, where he was part of the Award winning team. He also has significant work experience in US having spent over 5 years with US Tech Solutions Pvt ltd. based in New Jersey (USA). Saurabh holds a B’Tech degree from New York City College of Technology (CUNY) and AAS (Associates of Applied Science Art degree) from The Art Institutes of Houston (Tx, USA).

Dhimant Kanakia (Creative Consultant – Tour Planning)

Dhimant brings his eternal energy to MySmartTrip and is a veteran of the adventure tours industry, having spent over 10 yrs in the industry in cross functional roles. He has during the course of his career managed various adventure tours in Himachal and Kashmir Valley .he has managed all aspects of the business including Sales, Operations, Quality Control and Vendor Management.

Dhimant has a very strong understanding of the Indian domestic holiday market as well and has excellent relationships with the adventure tour makers, and other vendors critical for this business. Kirit Nagrecha (Chief Finance Officer)

Kirit heads MySMartTrip’s Finance function and is responsible for setting overall strategic direction, long term planning and growth strategy, fund raising, mergers & acquisitions, financial planning, budgeting, cash management, investor relations, corporate secretarial functions and fiscal management policies of the Company.

Kirit has more than twelve years of finance and operational experience spanning myriad roles in his career. He is also associated with MNC “ Thirdware Solution” in their HR Department for more than six years. He loves travelling and exploring different destinations in his leisure time.
