Mountain Trek

Mountain Trek offers health spa, fitness and weight loss retreat vacations from our private base lodge in British Columbia and also from Rancho La Puerta, in Baja California, Mexico. Our focus is on daily activity in beautiful landscapes, healthy gourmet cuisine, fitness classes, yoga, and health (including nutrition, sleep and stress) education.

Our BC program runs from May - October; the Rancho La Puerta program runs for two weeks in November and another 2 weeks in February; and the “Turkey Burner” winter package (hiking fun on snowshoes) runs from the end of December to the end of the first week of January. We also offer yearly, guided adventure hiking vacations around the world.
