After being met at the door one day by my wife who was holding our then 3 year old daughter, I had an aha moment that totally changed my life and the lives of thousands of people around the world.

She told me that we needed to buy shoes for our daughter however there was no money to do so.

You could have knocked me down with a feather, I thought everything was ok because I would go off to work and not worry whether or not I had enough coming in to pay the bills. I thought everything was ok, it wasn't.
