A meditation skill by Stop, Breathe & Think featuring timed soundscapes composed to evoke feelings of calm and relaxation. Explore the sounds of a peaceful forest while a gentle mist rolls through the trees, listen to waves crashing on a beach, or relax to the sounds of rain falling on leaves.

To begin, say “Alexa, open Meditation Timer”. After a brief greeting, you will be asked how long you would like to meditate for. You can say any duration, such as “30 minutes”, “1 hour and 30 minutes”, or “1 day”.

Your meditation session will then begin with a soothing gong before entering into one of our soundscapes, and similarly end with a gong after the duration you specified has passed.

If you would like to meditate to a different soundscape say “Play next”.

Available soundscapes include:

+ Rain
+ Surf
