WELCOME TO McRAE FITNESS!

As a family-owned gym located in the quickly growing suburb of Jindalee, we are a small team who cares very deeply about our members. Our mission is to offer a personal and supportive exercise experience to those who have health and fitness goals that may not be met by a large franchise environment. Our high quality equipment is suitable for all levels of fitness, and we offer important family-friendly amenities such as childcare six days per week.

We have a great deal of experience in fitness training and are passionate about the value that exercise can bring to a person’s well-being. We provide an embracing, non-judgmental atmosphere that is grounded on our commitment to do whatever we can to make it easy for our members to enter our facility knowing that they will receive the support they need – whenever they need it.

It is our continuing mission to create a space where your personalised fitness experience will be in a setting where we are not only professionally supporting our members – but that our members will be supporting each other as well. Our hope is that this community spirit will help our members stay true to their fitness goals and are empowered to achieve optimal fitness success.

Our new Group Training studio is an extension of this vision. Our groups vary from a maximum of 15-20 people, which means we can create an environment where our trainers can ensure you are safe whilst still motivating. Our classes can be adapted to suit all fitness levels, so please don't feel you have to wait to get fitter to join in....join in to get fitter!!

Crèche facilities are available Monday-Friday 9am-12pm Mon eve 4:45-6:15pm & Wed eve 6:00pm-7:30pm

Sat morn 8am-10am

Bookings are essential and can be made via email or FB messenger, or of course in person at the gym.
