�SHOPPING PROCEDURES� To Claim An Item: First come, first served. STEP 1: Comment SOLD on the item you're interested in purchasing! STEP 2: Click the CLAIM LINK in the description section of that picture. This will open a new tab at shoptheroe.com where you will claim the item and commit to purchase. Be sure to include your hostesses name in the comments section if you are shopping from a party.

If an item has already been claimed, please comment NEXT if you would like the option to buy if the previous claim falls through.

Invoices will be emailed at the end of each day. Be sure to check your email and junk mail for your invoice. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or arrangements made within that time. Unpaid orders will go back up for grabs. Kindness, patience and general manners are much appreciated � I reserve the right to cancel the claim or invoice at any time - and will do so when encountering rudeness, but you all rock and I don't expect any issues ��

�SHIPPING� Shipping is $3 for 1 item, 6 flat rate for 2+ items & FREE shipping on orders $75 or more (before tax and shipping charges)! If your single item weighs 16 oz. or less, I will ship it first class. You may request to upgrade your shipping to priority for a $3 fee.

�RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY� ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, I want you to love your LuLaRoe... Exchanges are gladly accepted. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate an exchange. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. Please ship items back to me within 48 hours of initiating exchange. Please note that unless your item is damaged, you are responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges. I will provide my address and you can ship the item back to me. When I receive the item, you have an instant credit to use during the next sale or message me I'm happy to help you with the exchange. Please select your new item within 7 days of receipt of the exchanged item. All holiday/capsule purchases are Final Sale.

Also, please check your item as soon as it arrives, as I do my best to check every item when it comes in, but I may happen to miss something every so often.

�CLOTHING CARE INSTRUCTIONS� Remember to wash Cold and hang dry all items to ensure a long life. All Lindsay Kimonos and other lace or sweater material products should be hand washed and are final sale. Please be gentle with them and careful with your jewelry as they might snag. Also, please put on your leggings carefully as if they are panty hose and read all care instructions on all pieces. Solid dyed pieces should be hand washed separately in cold water and hung dry to avoid bleeding onto other items.
