For a young organisation, LRTT has achieved a lot in its first 6 years. Since our launch in 2011, we have expanded to over 10 countries, supporting over 6000 teachers in over 400 schools. We have established successful recruitment channels in the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand, and the number of Fellows wanting to return as Team Leaders is higher than ever before.

Today, we are operating in a world where the politics of division and fear dominate. A world where countries and organisations are increasingly looking inward instead of out. Despite this, our commitment to being an inclusive, open, global thinking organisation is stronger than ever before.

We see difference and diversity as a strength and work with communities around the world in a positive and empowering way. As we grow, we will shout louder about the values we represent and use our strength to champion the important role global education can play in all our lives.
