This Local Events skill provides information on events of many kinds happening in your area. You can ask for sports events, concerts, technology events, and many others for multiple time periods such as tonight, tomorrow, or this weekend.

For the list of supported event categories say:
Alexa, ask local events for the categories

For a list of the time periods say:
Alexa, ask local events to list the available time periods

This skill uses the location of the echo device, so you must enable the device address permission for this skill in the Amazon Alexa app or web page.
