I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Hypnotherapist also trained in EMDR. I wanted to have a Facebook page that could provide hope and joy as well as good mental health information. My private practice offices are in Boca Raton and Coral Springs, FL and I offer evening and weekend hours. I accept most insurances but will negotiate a fee for service for those without insurance. I mostly use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with my clients but I am also eclectic in my approach. I incorporate EMDR, EFT, Cinema Therapy, Bibliotherapy and Hypnotherapy where indicated. I love empowering people who are feeling small and teaching coping skills for a better quality of life. I have a post-modern view of therapy in that I feel that the client is the expert of their own life and I am here to guide them through the rocky times. I am writing a book on anxiety and I am hoping to reach and help more people through social media and my book. Thank you for visiting my page.
