The Royal Kaytumadi Hotel was the first five star property of group which opened on the 9th April, 2008, in Taungoo, Bago Division. The name and the architectural design of the Royal Kaytumadi Hotal evoke the royal-era moniker of the Taungoo dynasty, which was at its zenith in the 16th century. Subsequently, KMA Hotels opend Royal Naypyitaw Hotel, Bagan Hotel (River View), Inle Paradise Resort, Shwe Thandaung Resort and Bago Shwe Pyi and the 115 miles Travellers Inn. Encouraged with the positive market response and successful operations in last five years, KMA Hotels Group are working on plans to build star studded properties in Yangon, Mandalay, Ngapali, Myit Kyi Nar, Mon Ywa, Kalaw and in the Rakhine state.
