We are a Real Estate Development firm based out of Gwalior. We were founded in 2012 by Dr. VK Gangwal and family with a vision to build beautiful and exceptional buildings which everyone would want to visit.

We care deeply about creating buildings which are excellent in every aspect, even if those aspects will not be seen by anyone. We work with the best in the industry to provide the most convenient and latest features in our Real Estate Projects, from plan-books of our buildings to tying up with banks for easy loans.
