When you have questions about your Independent Health plan, ask Alexa - and get answers through the skill. It's another way we bring you the RedShirt treatment - wherever you need it.

Depending on the type of plan you have, you can us ask about:

• Your deductible
• Location of the nearest Urgent Care center
• Your top benefits (e.g., your cost to visit an Emergency Room)
• Your Health Extras debit card balance

Our skill requires you to link your Independent Health online member account for use. Apart from an Alexa-enabled device and a smartphone or computer to link your account, no additional hardware is required to use our skill.
