IEEEtv Feed Newsflash

This program is a testing example for a practical IEEE feed reader that covers each of our IEEE TV RSS feeds. At the moment, five feeds are implemented for testing puroses, namely the Awards, Computer Society, Computational Intelligence Society, the IEEE Internet of Things (IOT) Initiative, and the Communications Society RSS Feeds. More can be added later after testing.
