iEnterprise CRM (iCRM) from iEnterprises is a unique CRM solution that leverages artificial intelligence to provide a full Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience VIA voice control. iCRM can help your entire small business stay organized and sell more.

This skill requires that you sign up for iCRM. iCRM is free for up to two users and you can sign up at http://ienterprises.com/icrm/ or you can click the link on the login page that shows when installing the iCRM skill. In addition to voice control iCRM can be used VIA a web browser, mobile app or a mac OS app. We recommend that you first login to iCRM VIA a web browser to customize iCRM and import your data. Once iCRM is setup then this Alexa skill is very useful for reading and updating various items in iCRM using only your voice.

Once the iCRM skill is installed you can use your voice to control various aspects of the solution. Some examples are below.

To get your latest leads say “Alexa ask iCRM to get new leads”. Note that this presumes that you have already created some leads in iCRM.
To get the number of accounts from iCRM simply say “Alexa ask iCRM to get the total number of accounts”

It is recommended that you start a conversation or discussion with iCRM VIA Alexa to perform more complex operations. To start a conversation with iCRM simply say “Alexa Launch iCRM” or “Alexa talk to iCRM”. Once the iCRM conversation is started you can just speak the commands you would like iCRM and Alexa to perform without having to mention Alexa or iCRM in each dialog. Examples of conversations are below. Remember you just first say Alexa Launch iCRM” or “Alexa talk to iCRM” to start conversations like the ones in the examples below. Note that all of the examples below presume that you already have already created or imported data into iCRM.

To create a follow-up reminder, say, “Create follow up”
Alexa will then ask for the account or person’s name you would like to be reminded about. Say the name of the account or person. Once the item is found by Alexa it will ask for the date of the follow up. Say the date you would to have iCRM remind you. For example, “January 1 2018”. Alexa will then as for the time you would like to be reminded. Say the time. For example, “Eleven AM” Finally Alexa will ask for follow up comments. Say the follow up comments. For example, “call them and ask them for the order”.

To read any data from iCRM say “Get data” or “Read Data”. Alexa will then ask for the name of the module you would like to get data from. Say the name of the module. For example, “Accounts”. Alexa will then ask for the name of the field you would like to retrive. Say the name of the field. For example, “Status”. Alexa will then tell you the value for that field.

To update any text data from iCRM say “Set data” or “Update Data”. Alexa will then ask for the name of the module you would like to update. Say the name of the module. For example, “Accounts”. Alexa will then ask for the name of the field you would like to update. Say the name of the field. For example, “Name”. Alexa will then ask for the value for the field you would like to update. Say the new name of the account. For example, “iEnterprises”. The above example changes the name of your account to “iEnterprises”. Note that currently update is only supported on text fields. We hope to support all field types for update in the future.
