I am a mom of 2 teens, ages 13 and 16! My job is to teach Moms you can have kids, eat healthy, exercise, make time for you and learn to love yourself for all that you are!

I have lost weight, and gained muscle using various programs, plus clean eating and Shakeology. I was also able to kick my nasty soda and smoking habit My mission is to help you be successful too!
