Headspace is meditation made simple. With our Alexa skill, it’s even easier to build a meditation practice that fits into your daily schedule. Enable for access to a new guided meditation every day, plus a sleep exercise to help you wind down. Coming soon, Headspace subscribers will be able to link their accounts with Alexa.


HOW DOES IT WORK?
Just ask Alexa to open Headspace, then listen for Andy’s voice. It’s pretty easy to recognize. We’ll have a fresh meditation ready for you every day, and a sleep exercise for when you’re ready to wind down. Each session is 10 minutes long.
