PAYMENT DETAILS:

All orders must be paid in full before shipment. Once payment is received, we ship the product within 3-5 business days. CUSTOM ORDERS are accepted and lead time will vary.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship via USPS. You will receive a shipment notification once shipment has been generated. We currently only ship to the United States. If you have a deadline to meet, please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate your request on a case by case basis.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately all sales are final and no refunds are being offered on our handmade products at this time. If you are unhappy with your product, please message us and let us know the issue you are having. We offer detailed photos and try very hard to accurately describe our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
