Weather can be fun. Or at least somewhat entertaining. GifWeather is a Facebook bot that can answer some questions about the weather around the world, in gifs. cat gifs, in particular. it can also understand more complex questions, such as 'should i take an umbrella to san francisco', or 'is it snowing in Jerusalem'.
